Ratto is one of the principle 'baddies' in the world of Dreamieland. He is a typical Guzzler and takes pleasure in hindering the Dreamies and pestering children at night. Although he is not evil he does display many negative traits.
He is quite mean and stingy, taking himself far too seriously Ratto cannot laugh at himself. He is short on patience and quick tempered, as a result he has trouble concentrating and gives up easily. The Dreamies are aware of his shortcomings and are always able to gain the upperhand in their dealings with Ratto

He was born on 21st December 1634. Ratto's favourite food is paper and his ambition is to have a mouthful of gold teeth.
