have already been downloaded then you will be charged the

Returns:
If you are unhappy with a product for any reason, just send
it back to us (with the original packaging) and we’ll
refund or replace – it’s that simple. This does
not apply to personalised stories.
Return an item within 30 days in perfect condition complete
with original packaging and we will be happy to refund the
original price of the item or send you an exchange. This does
not affect your statutory rights.
Please complete the Exchange & Return Form included with
your order and return it with the item. There is no need to
contact us prior to returning an item.
You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach
our warehouse. We strongly advise that a proof of postage
certificate should be obtained when returning any part of
you order. Certificates are available free of charge from
the post office.
We regret that postage, packing and insurance are direct costs
and cannot be refunded.
Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible
after arrival.

UK Delivery Charges:
UK deliveries are charged at £3.95 per order, (excluding Channel
Islands and BFPO). We ship via Royal Mail standard parcel
delivery.
UK Delivery Information
We aim to deliver your order within 7 working days. If the
first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, your parcel may be
taken to your nearest Post Office for collection.
Channel Islands and Eire Deliveries
An additional postage charge may be made to The Channel Islands
and Eire. We will notify you if this is the case.
International Delivery
We are able to deliver almost anywhere else in the world but
the cost will be different. If you would like goods to be
sent anywhere other than mainland UK please email us before
ordering on info@dreamieland.co.uk to receive a quote for
the cost of delivery.
Delivery is made by airmail and can take up to 30 days.
Import duties and taxes may have to be paid in some countries.
Before ordering please obtain details of these charges from
Customs & Excise in the country to which the goods are being
dispatched.
